Now I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, maybe not even something along the lines of a Premier Inn. I was expecting something of a little higher quality than that the Reindeer had to offer. Average at best I’d say, just okay. Beds are on their last legs and feel as if they might just give way, in need of refurbishment, and if the prices go up fine. Towels, oh my goodness, take your own. No bigger than a face towel, paper thin, and probably the cheapest they could buy. A warm welcome, luke warm at best and nobody about in the morning. Would I stay again, probably not. Should you, I’d shop around if possible.

A nice quiet 'local' with a couple of good beers and a chilled out homely vibe...Loved it more as it is what it is and isn't trying to pander to the hipster's (IE no funky decor or silly over priced drinks)

Strange pub, most lights including pump lights switched off making it dark, owners walked away from front of bar when we walked in, had to wait for them to come back and serve beer, general feeling of dont want customers, a strange place imo

I would highly recommend this B&B for a short stay. It is nothing grand but we received a very warm welcome and shown to our room. It was all that we needed for our over night stay. Warm, comfortable and very clean. Although over looking the main road through Southwall it wasn't noisy. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome and Emma, the landlords wife, even dropped us off at Norwood Park where we were going because we couldn't get a taxi which was above and beyond. Great place. Thank you again to all at reindeer for making our stay so pleasant.

The owner and the resident manager were really helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble we spent four nights and will stay there again. The Friday night curry was great. The room was well prepared and spotless

We stayed in the small family room and from the photo on the website it had a double bed, but on arrival it had two single beds, the offer of putting them together isn't the same, not ideal..

My Wife and I accompanied my Brother in Law and Sister in Law on our first visit to this Public House. The well kept ale and relaxed nature of this pub, made for an enjoyable couple of hours. It appears to be favoured by locals and enables relaxation. I look forward to returning in due course.
