Now I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, maybe not even something along the lines of a Premier Inn. I was expecting something of a little higher quality than that the Reindeer had to offer. Average at best I’d say, just okay. Beds are on their last legs and feel as if they might just give way, in need of refurbishment, and if the prices go up fine. Towels, oh my goodness, take your own. A nice quiet 'local' with a couple of good beers and a chilled out homely vibe...Loved it more as it is what it is and isn't trying to pander to the hipster's (IE no funky decor or silly over priced drinks)

This is our favourite local pub. It is friendly and we love the staff.
