Nice enough looking place, friendly staff and quick service....Sadly that's about it...Ordered a bunch of stuff for myself and a few others to collect. Ordered via the app, which was simple enough to place and pickup.It's been a while since I've had a KFC, this experience will likely make this the last for a while, if not permanently.Food: Mediocre at best. It smells nice, but that's about it. The popcorn chicken was probably the best tasting thing we had ordered. Fries were okay. Chicken portions seemed reasonable, but portions for fries were tiny. I saw our large fries and wondered if they had mess that up... Which, given the rest of the order, isn't out of the question. To sum it up, I wasn't disappointed with the portion sizes for the price, but it wasn't exactly the most pleasant thing to eat.On the plus side though, the cookies are great and their spicey items appear to be genuinely spiceyFood temp: Note that this was after a ~10 minute drive back home. Food temp was barely passable. It was just barely warm by the time I had gotten back home so the food obvious hadn't come out very hot... Either that or KFC chicken doesn't hold its temp very well. I'd give them a pass for this if it weren't for the fact that several McDonald's and a Burger King further away are capable of producing food that will stay hot enough on the journey home.Service: Staff were nice and friendly, served very quickly too... But about half of our order was just wrong. Cheese on the burger (which wasn't wanted), we only ordered boneless chicken and ended up with 6 pieces of chicken on the bone... Bags of fries also appeared to have just been thrown into the bag any old way with no care at all.The site itself: Appeared reasonably modern. I didn't go inside however. The drive thru has a bit of a back alley feel to it...In short:Food taste: MediocreFood temp: PoorFood service/accuracy: PoorService time: GoodPerson to person service: Excellent

Sat waiting in a cold restaurant for over 20 minutes for chicken. For a place that specialises in chicken to not have chicken is poor. Please turn the heating up. Being sat in winter clothes and still shivering isn't an ideal setting for a treat-meal.The singing of Christmas songs from the lady with the headset on in the back was also very annoying and off-putting to us trying to eat our meal. We couldn't tell if it was a silly put-on voice or genuine, but either way, it wasn't nice to hear.Why didn't the guys on the till tell us about the delay rather than leave us waiting like idiots?Fortunately, despite some of our items of food sweating for 20 minutes while the rest cooked, it was very nice and enjoyable, hence 2 stars and not 1.

Went here this evening to quickly pick up something for me and my fiancé. The place was empty, with the exception of one Deliveroo person, and they somehow managed to mess up our orders and gave us no drinks, but added a tub of gravy. I have no idea how they did this when it was so quiet, but I won't be returning.Update as of November 2023:Tried this KFC again today (over a year later) on a whim because I was late home after work, and they once again messed up mine and my fiancé's orders. I asked for coleslaw and got beans, and they gave my fiancé the incorrect burger in his box meal - one that costs less than what I paid for. So not only have I been ripped off twice now, but they also will not answer the phone.This place is an absolute joke.

Ordered food and was given the wrong items. This has happened every time we have been. This is the worst KFC I have seen for this issue. We now go to local chicken shops to avoid the hassle of having to go back and get the right things.

Order £20 pound of food to be delivered via Just Eat however food never arrived and restaurant was not interested as they had it leaving their restaurant, currently disabled and left searching for more money to feed myself as I rely on home deliveries as unable to get other support due to being temporary situation. Will never use KFC again, absolutely shocking service.
