Nice enough looking place, friendly staff and quick service....Sadly that's about it...Ordered a bunch of stuff for myself and a few others to collect. Sat waiting in a cold restaurant for over 20 minutes for chicken. For a place that specialises in chicken to not have chicken is poor. Please turn the heating up. Being sat in winter clothes and still shivering isn't an ideal setting for a treat-meal.The singing of Christmas songs from the lady with the headset on in the back was also very annoying and off-putting to us trying to eat our meal.
