Pre ordered 2 hours in advance for a set time since it was for my autistic fiancé as they don't eat the food we were eating, food was 30 MINUTES LATE, and COLD. It is absolutely unacceptable especially when my fiancé requires a set routine and plan and was very distraught by the complications, utterly appalling!

Our local McDonald's. Friendly staff. Good service. There's a drive in too. Better than Burger King near the Asda.Parking: Can get busy at certain times of the day and school holidays as you would expect but there are plenty of spaces to park.

Terrible service. We waited nearly a hour for delivery, it was 15 minutes late and all the food was cold. The drinks had tipped over and spilt in the bag. All the food went straight in the bin. Will not be ordering from here again!!

Overcharged for an order and told at the time to claim back via the app by confused staff. After pursuing the avenues via the online customer services they went back to the restaurant who then refused to refund. Shameful!!!

Had to go in grill bay and wait for 2 burgers and fries, then at least 5 cars that followed me through got served before me. By the time I got home looked like a 5yr old had put the burger together there was more cheese in the wrapper than on the burger
