Got to say as a loyal customer for probably 20+ years this is by far the worst take out I've received absolutely disgusting...beefburger is 100% different than before, chicken in the kebab definitely cooked a different way (giving broken fork bicester) vibes....gross ..I'm so shocked I always thought I could count on by all means previously (papillon) I'm shocked I won't order again absolutely disgusting. Everything is different and absolutely awful...not byallmeans standards at all..??????

Food was ok. Quick service for a Friday and staff were friendly. Reason for 3 stars is the ridiculous £2 service charge. So whatever you do order in store not on the app.

Have ordered before and got a few orders wrong before but tried again but their website took money out of my account but they received no order, which I had called to ask them if they had received it. The man became very rude and then told me I needed to apologise and I said I would not because I was asking about my order and that the website had taken the money with no order then he threatened to come to my house! Absolutely disgusting!

Ordered this evening for the family it took 1 hour and 40mins to arrive and was stone cold.we had more lumps of onion then any other salad the food was freezing cold and the minute steak chewy the pizza was super dry as were the burgers.will not use again

The last 2 orders I have made to by all means I asked for no tomato(allergic),Both times I got tomatos. When I asked them to send order again they said I had to pay again. Getting it wrong once I understand, but twice in a row knowing about the last order, ridiculous.

Ordered on a Friday night (about 5.30pm) so knew that might be an issue. Order arrived in good time, approx 35 mins order to knocking on the door which was really good. However the portion sizes were small for the price (especially the £10.50 for the mixed kebab) and were a small polystyrene which wasn't exactly rammed full. Also the donner kebab was cold throughout. Always a risk with delivered food but other outlets have been better. It does make it difficult to judge the food as it doesnt taste right. Could be bad luck but with the speed of delivery I'd have thought it would have been warm by default. The main issue was the portion size, there isn't an excuse when other places (Barberry Fish Bar) do larger sizes for less money (and warmer!). Probably won't use again.

Absolutely disgusting , ordered two family sized pizzas and was greeted with this, the size of a smalls at other places and furthermore had a horrible fishy tested like had been left about. Really shocked at the service as the pizza barely fed me I’m not sure how it is being sold as family size going to try look into trading standards as doesn’t seem right to market as family size seem as what I received, feel like been scammed, either that or a driver got hungry and had some slices. unsatisfactory experience and complete waste of money

I wish I had waited to order. Placed an order maybe too early in the day. The order arrived in a timely manner but meeeeeeehn ! It was cold…… I mean the food. Three meals all cold and pitta bread had suffered. Lamb kebab meats were cold and rubbery to chew. Too much onion like it was running out of fashion, they probably run out of lettuce and put too much onion to compensate. We should’ve just had beans on toast as I had originally planned. Or better still, don’t order too early in the evening as they serve previous days leftovers !!

had some really good food here, the usual burger and chips/ kebabs and even a carbonara. I was sceptical at the start, but turned out to be really nice :)the chips however.. each time have almost tasted chewy and old????
