Got to say as a loyal customer for probably 20+ years this is by far the worst take out I've received absolutely disgusting...beefburger is 100% different than before, chicken in the kebab definitely cooked a different way (giving broken fork bicester) vibes....gross ..I'm so shocked I always thought I could count on by all means previously (papillon) I'm shocked I won't order again absolutely disgusting. Ordered on a Friday night (about 5.30pm) so knew that might be an issue. Order arrived in good time, approx 35 mins order to knocking on the door which was really good. However the portion sizes were small for the price (especially the £10.50 for the mixed kebab) and were a small polystyrene which wasn't exactly rammed full. Also the donner kebab was cold throughout. Always a risk with delivered food but other outlets have been better. It does make it difficult to judge the food...read full review
