Car park is small for quantity of users and types of vehicles. Horse boxes, small vans etc..\\nRestaurant is kept clean both inside and out.\\nWrap without mayo took a very long time. Both wraps ordered we're good. Hamburger was then only Luke warm.

DO NOT GO, HEAD OFF A43 AND FIND SOMEWHERE WORTHY OF YOUR CUSTOM. Absolutely shocked to receive a parking ticket following a visit to this restaurant. Its on my regular work route so as a suitable location I arranged to meet a friend for breakfast. I frequently used this restaurant to purchase coffee/lunch etc. to and fro on a regular basis. The queue on the day in question wasn't massive but service was extremely slow, once eventually served we dined in. Admittedly we both went around 10 mins over the parking but had we been served promptly this most certainly would not have been the case. As we were technically in the wrong it is only fair to take the fine \\\"on the chin\\\" as such. However £50.00 if paid within 14 days or £100.00 if not, bloody daylight robbery. This is one way to lose a customer, gain bad press and put others off visiting. On a plus point it will reduce the excessive wait times!! In future I'll be supporting the smaller, independent, healthier and worthy establishments within 5 minutes or so from each junction of the A43. As far as I am concerned MacDonals is well and truly off the menu and I hope their over priced car park falls into a sink hole.

Really poor ordering experience. Don’t use the app - just order from the kiosk. Probably worth considering drive through so that you don’t have to deal with the unhelpful, officious staff who just stand by looking gormless instead of offering the usual welcoming McDonald’s experience. So disappointing! If you’re on the A43, I suggest you go on to McD’s Towcester - it like a different company!! Food still great!!

Had the misfortune to breakdown on the busy roundabout opposite yesterday, so waited for the AA in McDonads with my daughter. What a warm welcome! I was told to feel free to wait as long as necessary, (this turned out to be a long time!) was given complimentary drinks and the use of a mobile phone charger. A huge thank you to Tracy and Brian. The fries and coffee were tasty too! Thank you.

My car broke down on my way home from work and I ended up pulling in here. Was stuck there for 3 hours. The staff were absolutely lovely. The red haired manager I spoke to to give my registration so I wasn't charged for a parking ticket was really understanding. Kathleen saw us with colouring in sheets to entertain ourselves and came over and made us balloon animals! Cal was the absolute sweetest and asked if we needed anything a couple of times before finishing their shift then came to sit with us and keep us company and showing us lots of pictures of animals from their volunteer work at the zoo for about half an hour, maybe the kindest soul I've ever met. These staff are AMAZING and should be given so much credit for making a really irritating situation actually quite fun and enjoyable. Thank you everyone!
