We time our departure based on getting a pasty. The only food in my experience that is excellent at motorway service stations. I never feel like I've eaten junk food after a West Cornwall Pasty. Go large.Parking: Motorway service station. Toilets are a miserable trudge.Wheelchair accessibility: Outside, so easy.

Very disappointed with the traditional beef pastry. One tiny bit of beef all the rest carrots, potatoes and a lot of pepper. It couldn’t be called beef pastry from my experience.

Absolutely delicious traditional Cornish pastie! One of the best I've had, would highly recommend, well worth the money ?

Great hot food at the rugby, traditional pastie chosen. Fancied the chilli beef, but wife would probably complain. Also acts as great 'hot water' bottle on cold December night at rugby. Dad loved his as well?

Check the price as the advertised price might not be what you are charged. Friendly staff but so often run out of food quite early. Sometimes coffee machine doesn't work.

There was a bit of a queue, but it was worth waiting for the delicious coronation chicken pasty. Good service from Johny

I was blown away by how smart and clean everything was. The gents was immaculate and smelt fresh. The guy doing the cleaning said he liked to treat it as if it was his home! A young man (Johnny) cleaning tables took such great care in his work. When I thanked them they smiled and said they took pride in their work. The management is fortunate to have this kind of motivated staff. The who of the services area was a credit to Moto and I will certainly be calling again, and again, and again!

This is in no way a criticism of the staff who are doing the job they have been given However, there is no option at all of a cash desk - no staff are allocated this way - so it is impossible to pay this way Apparently, they haven’t lost staff through this “progress”. I fail to see what it achieves except alienating some customers If I possibly can, I will make a point of going to a Waitrose service station instead Thank you to the kind staff member who was helpful. Zero points to M&S
Busy services, we had to park a distance away due to the amount of cars there. Toilets were a little smelly in the cubicles, to be expected due to the volume of footfall, but were tidy enough. Good choice of shops, including Costa Coffee, KFC, M&S Food and Burger King etc.

Costa serve burned drinks and are rude and unhelpful. Would not accept voucher and put free biscuit IN drink. Stop at Warwick services, much nicer

Pit stop on our way home today, as the kids were hungry. Patiently queued for 5mins whilst a group of lads were served before me, upon my turn I was asked by the gentleman to use the self serve unit (not an issue, though not sure why, as it wasn’t busy). The self serve didn’t provide the option I wanted, so queued again, only to be rudely and abruptly told that the option “hadn’t launched yet” (why was it on the menu?). I asked if there was another option, only then to be rudely and abruptly (with a facial expression suggesting I was being a nuisance) asked “what I meant” and told “they have what they have”. Not sure what I did wrong, but luckily KFC were open next door and welcomed me with kindness.

No straw, no salt and nothing to wipe your hands with! Had to go back and ask as there's nothing to hand. Come on guys, it's really not that hard!

clean and bright, with disabled parking close to the entrance. However, the toilets are at the opposite end of the services defeating the point of disabled parking! My mother in law (with heart failure) was really breathless and very unwell after having to walk so far. Whoever designed the disabled access needs to visit with a person who has mobility problems. Very disappointing visit compounded in M&S, where the staff were chatting whilst customers had no choice but self checkout, with no hand gel next to the touch screens (yuk), not Covid secure at all.
