Tonight I went in to purchase Adblue. I took a 10L container inside and he scanned it and said £48.80.. this product is £10 usually at all other Retailers! ABSOLUTLEY disgusting! I laughed and said you’re joking! And left the store after he tried to argue. Taking advantage of consumers and playing dumb when challenged! The operators of this franchise need removing asap they have been misleading customer in this community for years and operating card skimming scams previously! Shell need to remove their franchise asap! And everyone should avoid these con merchants and use the other fuel stations.

So many times when I'm coming after 12pm,I have to wait more then 10-15mins while the seller finally coming to do him job. Tonight Praveen was the worst.I knocked on the window 6 times, he recognised me but didnt come to the window. Knock 3 times again and he start to move to the window, looked on me and after he suddenly changed him mind and turned back and dissappeared in the storage for long time. I knocked again 3-4 times, after he appeared in the window as if nothing had happened. I'm never coming back again, Better going to the another garage in Chipping, that guys more friendly and not as condescending as here, they come to the window right now and happy to make money to the shop.

Over charging ! I have heard from other people that they overcharge you here but I didn’t believe it so I put the theory to the test whilst buying multiple little items! They tried to overcharge me 50p this had happened to me on three occasions now, when confronted the first times they said they had made a mistake and took the 50p extra off but this last time they didn’t and tried to blame me.

Night attendant Bilal was a life saver and really helped me out with my onwards journey. The electric charging station at the pump, as on many other shell station was a complete failure as always and was not working despite showing on app as working. Were it not for Bilal, I would have been stuck miles away from home. Thanks a million.

The rudest and most bad mannered staff I have ever had the misfortune to be served by! Would definitely never use again and @shell and @waitrose need to think who they franchise their brands too. Do not use avoid!

Being a UK fuels customer I have the app on my phone to tell me where these cards are excepted so with that in mind I stopped here as the UK feels app tells me it can be used to fill up here to then be told by the argumentative bloke that they do not except these cards and he wishes people would stop trying to use them ! to then be told if payment isn't made police will be called !Firstly let me point this out to you police will inform you ITS A CILVIL MATTER and details will need to be exchanged !!! At no point did I make off without paying like the arrogant bloke implied!!! And Secondly learn some customer service manners you need it !!Won't be back

Easily accessible station with pay at pump on the Shell app. Shell is the only app that works consistently at this. Little Waitrose if you want it. Adblue available on the forecourt. Clean and safe location away from the town centre.

I am a lifelong customer of shell but am now boycotting shell since they were the first and only company to start buying Russian oil whilst the war in Ukraine still rages . Avoid at all costs . There is a different petrol station literally half a mile away in the centre of Chipping Norton… Please use them instead
I am a shell go+customer and was disgusted at the state of the toilets! There was a sign saying they were cleaned regularly but think this is not the case at all and well below the par normally set by Shell. Shame the staff don't care!

Avoid at all cost. Staff are laid back, they blocked 4/5 pumps so everyone had to queue for the only pump left. no mobile signal at till so can’t use Shell Go app, WiFi not showing up either. Fake V power pump: when you pick up a V power pump, pay attention to the small meter on the bottom of the LCD screen, you’ll see only FuelSave meter is changing. What a liar!!

On Friday and again tonight, I was told I needed to wait 15 mins as they were closed for cleaning, on Friday it was because the floor was WET!! and he didn't want to have to do it again, tonight it was and I qoute COMPANY POLICY to close for 30 mins from 11.30 to midnight but still allow access to the forecourt

Clean and tidy. Face masks required as per regulations. Good marking out of distancing with queueing. Well stocked shop. Good petrol prices. Easy access to forecourt and shop.

No more LPG gas... (Lpg gas is still visible on this station when you search lpg gas station in Google) Some fuel pumps don't work properly. Prefer old version of Shell station.
