Great service, very clean and lovely music, creating a calm and pleasant environment. It can get a bit noisy when folk off families, but they have a quiet room if you need it.

Really good food. The vegetarian sausage and mash was exceptionally delicious. Highly recommended. It was very busy when we visited, the quiet room was full, had we found a table in there it would have rated full marks. Great place for young families, but the sound is magnified by the high ceilings.

Just had a pot of tea but service and tea was just what I needed. Clean loos too and a warm and relaxing place to sit after a long journey.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for pushchairs!

The experience had its ups and downs. While the ambience and service were pleasant, the portion sizes left something to be desired. Unfortunately, the meals felt a bit too small for the price, leaving us wanting more. With a bit of adjustment to serving sizes, this restaurant could significantly enhance its overall dining experience.

Really nice restaurant. Everything signposted really well, the servers and all other staff were really friendly. The food tasted great, not the cheapest price but average for a garden centre.

If you are looking for a fine dining it's a wrong place, but for a good old Sunday roast dinner and don't mind less sophisticated plating it won't disappoint you. I thoroughly enjoyed my roast beef dinner which was great tasting and hearty. the adult-only seating area was very pleasant too, looking out the well manicured garden through big windows. One less star for the presentation of the food. I feel a bit mean though.

Went here for brunch. The staff were rather too eager to move us along (we had not been sitting for too long). FIrst, offering to clear the plates before I had even finished my food and then returned soon after to wipe the table while I was still eating the last mouthful. Not very relaxing.

We arrived just after 3pm and we’re informed that hot food was no longer being served. Fair enough. We were advised to go to an outside food hut (I think it was the same business)to get some hot food, bring it back where we would get plates and could then also order drinks. We found the food hut where there were 2 servers. One was doing drinks and the another was looking busy with a tub of hot chocolate. She eventually asked us what we wanted and she told us that they only had hot pasties and sausage rolls. What type of parties? Only vegan. So we said we would have 2 pasties and a sausage roll. All were in a heated cabinet between the till and serving area. She wandered off. A few minutes later, the other assistant came and asked for our order. The first assistant told her it was 2 pasties and a sausage roll. Why she hadn’t dealt with it, I really don’t know, anyway, we paid and we’re told to collect the items at the serving area. So we waited and waited while they served 6 or 8 coffees and hot chocolates. 15 minutes later….. Finally, “what drinks have you ordered?”. NO DRINKS JUST 2 PASTIES AND A SAUSAGE ROLL! Really? Why didn’t the order taker just get the paper bag and put the items in it so we could go on our way? We go back to the main restaurant and get our plates and I order one mocha, one tea and a hot chocolate. I paid and was directed to the collection area on the other side. It was like a McDonalds waiting area. Yet another 15 minutes of my life gone! My hot food was now cold! There must be a better way of organising this service. I never have to wait for my drinks in Costa Coffee or Starbucks or anywhere else, in fact. Something is seriously wrong. It was my first time visiting this place. I won’t be going there again.

A great place to meet up with friends for a lunch. The food is tasty and not too pricey. It's a nice area to eat in and there is loads to do around Millet's farm afterwards. The portions are a good size and there always seems to be ample seating available. The bathrooms, and especially the baby changing rooms, are really nice.
