I attended a family function in the conference centre earlier this week and just have to say how wonderful the venue was. Really pretty, a surprisingly large room, easily accessible and the food was great. I can’t eat gluten so the catering staff had prepared a gluten-free platter for me, covered it with cling film and kept it separate from the rest of the buffet. For someone who has limited choice with food, you don’t know how grateful I was to not only be able to eat something delicious without any fuss, but for cross-contamination to be taken seriously too. Thank you for going that extra mile ❤️
