The range of home products in store has increased which is good. Especially as it appears, there are not alot of options within oxford city.....fairly priced quality items in store

Very disappointed with customer service I received today. I asked for the manager second time at two different occasions and apparently they sent Lisa who is security department incharge (I believe). I asked for refund in Apple Pay. Everything was fine but they said I can’t have it back in my phone. I showed them in date receipt, online payment transaction in my Apple Pay account. What is the point to have Apple Pay if you have to carry your card with you? Lastly I asked the desk if they can refund at this occasion but they refused. I have taken money back into my Apple Pay account before few time in event of exchange or refund and your staff said no it can’t be done today. It’s my local Asda and I enjoy shopping there but sometimes your long service staff (not all of them) are rude and they think it’s their corner shop. Returning an item shouldn’t be this hectic.

The store itself is great - however THE CAFE is one of the dirtiest in cowley centre it’s run down and there is filth in every crevice. A real shame.

The store manager was very rude. I phoned asda customer service who were brilliant. And I got my refund on the formula milk that they wouldn't refund in store. Won't be shopping there ever again .
