Always a very clean and tidy shop with a variety of stock. The only negative thing for me is that the queue sometimes is around the shop as they don't open upstairs tills anymore.
Great store and well stocked, and very friendly staff too. Enjoyed my visit and managed to have a couple of cups of coffee in their restaurant. Just a helpful hint, the restaurant l noticed had a few damaged chairs that properly need replacing.

We visited the cafe for lunch today. The burger was hard and inedible, the curly fries were stale. Upon approach of getting a refund, the two ladies who run the cafe were rude and didn’t speak English very well. Not to mention the state of the lampshades, full of dust and dead moths. Not impressed. The store itself is normally well displayed, just a shame everything ends up all over the floor.
