I ordered food online for pickup last Sunday. The website gave me 11 am as the pickup time. I was aware that the shop opens at 11 am so I gave them an additional 10 min to prepare it so arrived at the shop at 11:10 am. The employee was sitting at the front desk talking to someone on the phone. I thought maybe he is waiting for the person who prepares the pizza. To my surprise, after 5 min of waiting, he went to change his clothes and started preparing my pizza. My main problem other than his carelessness, he started preparing the pizza without washing his hands, he kept being distracted by his phone by sending messages while preparing the pizza, and never washed his hands after using his phone. It is generally advised to wash hands after using a smartphone or touching any potentially contaminated surface. Smartphones can harbour bacteria and other pathogens, and if someone touches their phone while preparing food, there is a risk of transferring these contaminants to the food they are handling. I am disappointed. The pizza was 30 min late.

Very nice pizza (if they get your order right) but consistently up to an hour late and 90% of the time the pizza is cold. And when calling the store to ask where it is, they dont ask who you are/what your order is, they always say oh 10 minutes..to resolve this issue yesterday when I demanded a refund after yet another bad experience, 2 hours later they delivered 2 more cold pizzas and said the issue is resolved?! We sadly wont be going to them again.
Delicious pizza, way better than Dominoes and so much cheaper. The Kit Kat muffin is to die for.4? because they don't ever read the notes when you're ordering off the website.

We have used this pizza takeaway a few times and often get the wrong order.Last time it was the wrong toppings, this time the wrong base.The English language skills of the person who answered the telephone were very poor, but I repeated the order several times.Won't be going here again
