I rarely post but this was such a disappointment. I took my family there for our anniversary. The team started off strong, sat us in the lounge, and took care of us. Matre’de was great with the kids and got us really excited for the dinner. Then it all fell apart. The waitress was non engaging, the sommelier was dismissive, and overall it took 4.5 hours for the meal. I have eat at restaurants around the world and this was the first one of this caliber to not care how people felt. If I left food uneaten or said how disappointed I was the staffed asked what was up or what they could do it make things better. Not here! They didn’t care if you came away unimpressed. It was all about upselling the menu. I wish I could have felt the passion behind the food but we left so sadden by the experience. For a family that wanted to show the kids the worth of a great dinning experience this left them wanting. I wish I could recommend the place but your time is better spent elsewhere.

We had the tasting menu lunch here on 21st March, a visit to this fabulous restaurant had been something we have wanted to do for years. It didn't disappoint and the food was fabulous ....what more can I say .... beautifully presented and delicious. Very memorable. Our waitress Chloe was exceptional and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We were lucky to have a sunny day and enjoyed exploring the stunning gardens before lunch. A once only experience due to the price but so glad we finally went.

Ha the most amazing stay at Le Manoir for Mother’s Day. The food was some of the best we’ve ever tasted and we’ve been to a lot of high class restaurants. The service was faultless. From the front of house that made us feel so welcome to the waiting staff, everyone gave us a warm and friendly greeting. The room was very impressive and we had the best night sleep. We will definitely be looking to come againRooms: The room was very impressive, spotlessly clean and the turn down service was a lovely touchSafety: Felt very safe walking around the groundsFood & drinks: The food was excellent

Our experience got off to a rough start as we were seated at a table with a card addressed to the wrong party, then subsequently found a hair in one of our breads. Worse yet when we notified the staff, our concerns were simply ignored.Update: The email address provided by the owner isn't correct.

The most wonderful and ethereal hideawayRooms: My room was up in the eves, with a sloping ceiling and two former windows. Beautifully appointed with an EXTREMELY comfortable bed - great pillows. They even give you a lavender spray to spray on your pillows at night. The bathroom was huge and had everything I could need. Great amenity products from a brand I didn’t know: Branche d’Olive. Turns out they are a small local sustainable business ?Food & drinks: The food is absolutely delicious - from breakfast with the most picturesque and sumptuous buffet to the mouth-watering taster menu in the evening. Really, really good - mind you they have two Michelin stars so it should be good!Noteworthy details: Le Manoir has the most wonderful extensive grounds, with orchards, fruit and veg beds, a Japanese garden… so beautiful and serene to wander through

From the welcome we received when we arrived the day before our wedding to the cheery goodbye when we left as Mr & Mrs was perfect. Everyone was so kind, extremely professional, joined in with our happiness and ensured the whole experience was exceptional. We cannot recommend Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons highly enough as a place to get married and to feel so very special. Thank you
