After a long Voi ride home I decided to drop into Pizza Hero for a proper pizza. I ended up speaking with Mo for about 20 minutes on how he ferments his dough, as I enjoy cooking pizza at home and spent quite some time over C19 perfecting my recipe. Amazing customer service! Incredible pizza too, they brought out margarita samples and offered them to us while we waited even though we had already ordered, really lovely and caring.
