Awful coffee. They put chocolate sprinkles and sugar without asking! I hate sugar in coffee! And there is a plastic smell on a cup. Utterly disappointed. Never going back to Pret again.

Loved to see this in Oxford! The vegan chocolate croissant didn't disappoint ? the two ladies serving were also very nice! Would highly recommend this

We chose some toasties, but when we ate them they were half toasted, The queue was too long to wait and complain. Really need some staff training in putting toasties on!! its a Tuesday and most of the tables are taken up by students with their laptops out having one coffee, that doesnt help the people that want to sit and have their lunch!! The toilets were dirty and the sink tap was broken in the ladies. Not a nice dining experience I wont be back.

THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOES FREE COFFEE FOR THE HOMELESS, IT IS EVEN LABELLED ON SOME OF THE COFFEE PACKAGES THAT GET DELIVERED, I GOT REFUSED A FREE COFFEE (I AM HOMLESS), THEN THE MANAGER DECIDED TO GIVE SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS HOMELESS A FREE COFFEE, FAVOURTISM AT ITS FINEST, TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER AND UNACCEPTABLE, DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

The staff are all great the shop is great always clean. But why have the decided to turn it all veggie?? Was already plenty of choice for both veggies and non veggies now the choice has been taken away. Sadly cannot see myself stepping foot back in this shop unless they start catering for all again
Most of the tables are taken by student on laptops not eating or drinking. When a table comes free nobody is clearing them.Desperately need some effective management.

Lovely atmosphere, great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford city centre. Good drinks, good food. Recommend sitting upstairs.

I have always rated Pret’s. Oxford is terrible, disorganised, wrong drinks, slow, absolute shambles. I’ve always found Pret’s to be the best but sadly this branch needs some work.
