We ordered gammon steak and grilled seabass with broccolli and asparagus. Gammon stake was hard as stone, asparagus was not in the dish. Seabass was fine, because it was not grilled! Egg served with gammon had eggshell splinters in it. Beer is fine, fireplace and atmosphere is great. Just stay away from food.
Pub has picked up again after it went down hill a bit under previous management. Decent food and friendly staff give the place a nice atmosphere. Good place for a family gathering with plenty of choice on the main and kids menu's.Parking: Good size car park with ample spaces. You input your registration when you enter the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access from the carpark.

Went here for tea with the hubby and baba for the first time. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were really friendly too. We had the hunters chicken which was really nice and good for the price, and not forgetting dessert! We will be back!
