Great pub. Interesting selection of beers and ciders, friendly staff. Lucky to have it in the village. I only wish they'd use their website to publish the schedule of the visiting food vans regularly and reliably, then I'd probably visit more frequently.

We just popped in after a walk and just ordered Guinness and a fizzy drink. This pup is nice. Summer time you can enjoy the garden and winter around the fireplace.

We had a lovely time at Red Lion. It is a dog friendly place, even though you don’t have your own dog, this allows for a great atmosphere. They serve local beers as well as your classics. Reasonably priced. I’m definitely coming back. At our time of visit, they had Dyllies pizza van parked in the back so we enjoyed ourselves a pizza with our beers. Great time!
