Can't believe this place. Ordered 4 chicken wings and they came raw. We called, not to complain, to let them know that the wings were raw and they were very rude. Their words being "They can't be raw". As you can see by the pictures attached they definitely were! I just hope I don't end up ill!!

They're really bad. Way too expensive for what it is. Plus, the food is terrible. The other day I found a piece of a wire brush in my chicken burger?!? Food is soggy and disgusting. A lot of the time chicken is either overcooked or rock solid after sitting under a heat lamp all day

When I first entered it was quite cozy and warm(probably from the open kitchen)and the man at the counter was very polite taking my order. Most food like chicken was already cooked and kept in heating chambers however fries were made fresh(from frozen).When I got home(10 mins after getting my food)I found the fries were soggy although the chicken wasn't bad. Salad seemed and tasted fresh and the sauces were of variety. The man at the counter also gave me some free extras.Overall not bad and would definitely go again.

The old men was very rude. I asked for a chicken and chips meal. He was not listening to me.when i asked Again the old men started giving lecture. Can't imagine such a rude person working in the front of a takeaway. Customers shouldn’t be treat like this.

Only sent 1 wrap when we ordered 2 garlic mushrooms burnt and no salad on kabab or mayo on chips.Last 3 times I ordered I had black hairs in my food absolutely disgusting ?

Complete waste of money as we had to throw it all in the bin immediately. Absolute joke to be honest.1: We never received the beef burger we ordered, instead we were given two different chicken sides that nobody wanted or asked for.2: The chicken wrap was supposed to come with BBQ sauce but instead came with mayonnaise which the person it was meant for really dislikes.3: The pot of sauce we paid for wasn't included and they gave us the wrong drink, although I doubt we would've cared that much had the rest of the order been correct.
