Been coming here for several years now and always a good friendly atmosphere. Iv got to know the staff over time even when they come and go. It's situated in the Market place so always something going on especially Friday which is market day. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience and I enjoy the coffee.
Absolutely brilliant service. Used to be able to go to the shop as lived locally but have now moved away. A quick call to them and they post out anything we need. The gentleman who I always appear to speak to is so polite and helpful. Good old fashioned service.

Called in at lunchtime, only one member of staff on, so there was a bit of a wait. But the young lady serving was very pleasant and my coffee was good so can't complain. The Wallingford branch of Costa goes through ups and downs but it seems to be good at the moment. A lot nicer than some of the other branches I've been to.
