A very poor latte, more than 50% foam and only just warm. Unfortunately, when I first tasted it, I was too far away to go back and ask for a replacement. Also slow service - simply not enough staff working.

Called in at lunchtime, only one member of staff on, so there was a bit of a wait. But the young lady serving was very pleasant and my coffee was good so can't complain. The Wallingford branch of Costa goes through ups and downs but it seems to be good at the moment. A lot nicer than some of the other branches I've been to.

Been coming here for several years now and always a good friendly atmosphere. Iv got to know the staff over time even when they come and go. It's situated in the Market place so always something going on especially Friday which is market day. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience and I enjoy the coffee.

Absolutely brilliant service. Used to be able to go to the shop as lived locally but have now moved away. A quick call to them and they post out anything we need. The gentleman who I always appear to speak to is so polite and helpful. Good old fashioned service.
Always bought our tea and coffee from here when we lived in Caversham. Never had a poor service or disappointing product. Great to manage a visit yesterday to find out that we can order and have it posted to us - fabulous news as we are now in Herefordshire and haven’t found anywhere to match the tea or coffee locally.
Buy with confidence, they really are great.

We love the tea and coffee from this shop. With reduced opening hours we have run out a couple of times recently and really notice when we are forced back to the big brands. Tell them what you like and if they can recommend something similar and they never fail to help you find a new favourite.
