I went in last week Awful experience food was amazing but the visit was ruined by the awful customer service and attitude of the small Middle Aged man, he didn’t smile once and seemed like he didn’t want to be there and that I wasn’t welcome in the shop. He rushed the service I tried to ask him how his day was and simply told me the price and waved me off, luckily there was a lovely short middle aged women when I went in today who was very sweet and re insured me that no one else is like that. I refuse to go back when the grumpy guy is working

I really like Greggs. I go often. Except this one. Looks like a closed shop with all the chairs packed up and barely any food. I go inside and wait for the person and they are in the kitchen and I wait for 5 mins with no one even there to take my order. After they come out I order a sausage roll and chicken bake, which were like the only things available. Not only was the food not the slightest bit fresh but it was just cold! Not slightly warm, like they’re not even heating it at all and they made it 8 hours ago. No one else was there and not too surprised. I’ve never seen a Greggs that looks like a ghost town but it’s no wonder why.

Went for a chicken bake, they had none. Also had no sausage rolls, pizza, steak bakes or pretty much anything. This was at 4.15pm when they shut at 5.30 and there was a mop bucket in the middle of the floor - I’m pregnant so could have tripped - and all the chairs on tables. Staff were unhelpful.

Greggs is 10/10 elite breakfast can’t go wrong. Love it.

Nice location due to college and bus stops. Nice choice of products although only nice deals was breakfast sandwich as I recall bacon roll with a coffee for 2.99. Not too many sitting places eather.

Clean tidy, my advice is to get there early if you want certain items. By lunch time stock runs low on the favorites. Belgian buns and chicken bakes are quickly gone, perhaps make a few more Gregg's? ?

Food is good staff a frendly but if you have tables at lest clean them they are so dirty it let's the shop down
Pour customer service had to ask 3 times for my order and still got cold food
