The 2 members of staff were rude and clearly couldn’t be bothered. Swearing when we walked in. Coffee wasn’t available for 10 minutes, which was fine so took a seat then shouted when it was ready when other people received table service. All tables were dirty with cups & plates left on them. We had to clean and sanitise our own table. We were given wooden cutlery which was useless. There was one man flat out asleep in the back, another man playing his phone flat out to the point we had to move. Will not be returning. Shame on you Starbucks.

I was served by a young blonde girl at 12 20pm ,I went to pay cash to which she was very rude ,I proceeded to pay by card .. I took my seat opposite the counter and watched walk out the back say to the young brown hair girl about me wanting to pay cash and looked at my with a filthy look ..her manners need looking at or retraining !!

Lovely drink, but what a shame to see them through away all the cakes at the end of the day. Especially when someone brought a good to go meal before they were gone, he waited at the till for 5 minutes. They should have waited to see if anyone had the deal. Doesn't cost anything to show a bit of compassion. Otherwise, would recommend.

This is our first visit to star bucks and this will be the last. Ordered 2 panini’s they where just warmed up in the microwave. I asked a member of staff “please could these be toasted? Which she did. But these where only very slightly toasted on the top the rest of the panini was soggy. The hot drinks where given 10 minutes apart. Then I noticed there was no sugar, no spoon and this hadn’t been offered to us by a member of staff. So had to get up again and ask for sugar a spoons. The members of staff gave me the impression they just didn’t care about there customers. I spend over £23 today on 2 hot drinks, 1 orange juice, 2 panini’s and a roll. Didn’t enjoy any of it what a waste of money. This is definitely my last visit to star bucks.

Visited Starbucks Witney today for the first time. I found it to be very dirty. All tables were dirty and the floor was disgusting, I spotted piles of hair and food in corners and under our table. The windows were filthy and worst of all was that out of the three staff only one had a mask on! We ordered coffee and cakes. The drinks were fine but the cakes very dry on the outside. Overall a very disappointing experience. I won't be going back.

The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, even when it's a busy lunchtime rush. The drinks are always made correctly too. However, don't expect it to be open at 7:30 like it says on the app, at least once a week all the lights are on but no one is home and the doors are locked! Or no one had bothered to open up at all. I know we are in strange times but they could make an effort to open up on time.

Poor! Trued the new caramel waffle latte .. tasted like milk with a sugar, no flavour at all . Lady was on her own serving and making drinks so not sure if my drink was rushed! Always a bit hot and miss the witney branch .

So happy to find a coffee shop that knows how to adhere to and maintain social distancing. All tables cleaned, customers asked to fill in track \\u0026 trace. Well done Starbucks and well done to the staff here. Also, my first pumpkin spiced latte, yum...

Visited last week for takeout drinks and I have to say the service and the drinks were awful! This is the 2nd time in the last few weeks we have visited and the 1st time was probably just as bad. There was two younger members of staff on and instead of concentrating on the customer they were too busy flirting and messing about behind the coffee machine . The drinks we ordered were of poor standard , I had the caramel brownie frap and there was no flavour at all it was like milk watered down and my husband had a caramel machiatio which he said was like warm milk no flavour. The customer service certainly lacked and reminded me why I normally visit independent coffee shops .

Would like to thank Jenny and the other barista, who’s name we didn’t catch, for the amazing, friendly service they provided on Fri. 18th at 12:45. They couldn’t have been more lovely, the chai tea and the iced vanilla latte both tasted delicious! A special thank you to both of these women for a great visit.
