If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever received from the manager of Oakham Dominos. I'm making a formal complaint with Dominos head office and just eat!

My name is Alan , I ordered a margarita pizza at 6:11 pm when I collect the pizza was to cold and the dough was old , I called and said isn’t ours!!? I will never order again , thanks for your service!!

Ordered a large pizza and it arrived like in the picture. Put it together and can clearly see the cuts don't line up. Large pizzas measures at 13.5inch while mine measured at 12inch. Very clear that there trimming bits of most likely to snack on there self. Phoned up to inform them but employee would only ask for my details so he could "investigate" in which i refused and made it clear I was ringing to report that there staff are stealing from customers. No interest in refund just an apology and a more professional attitude for the future. Didn't get either. Terrible service and disgusting attitude from a bunch of little thives. The person on the phone had no interest at all and could very clearly tell from his attitude he knew this was happening. Disgusting and pathetic "employees". Bunch of low life thives that are going to go no where in life.

3h 30mins until delivery with no notification to tell me. Didnt pick up the phone 3 times and only found out after waiting an hour longer than initially informed

Very poor service didn’t deliver then charged us finally got refund asked to speak to manager on one call to reflect and give some feedback would not talk to me just let his colleague who was very helpful the manager need’s a change
