Ended up here by mistake, having ordered online to collect at my local restaurant only to be told on arrival that they had no website and no order from me, I needed to go to the Oakham branch instead! I was not best pleased, but when I rang this place instead, they were very helpful, explained the mix-up (which happens a lot apparently!) and gave me some complimentary side orders to make up for the inconvenience. Me & my wife came for our 13th wedding anniversary which was actually today as I write this. Excellent selection of food & great selection of wine & puddings! Excellent service Hussain offered friendly service & friendly conversation! We haven't been in quite a few years but we will make sure it won't be so long until next time Hussain Thankyou from Shaun & Diane.

Happened across as staying briefly locally. Small but great atmosphere, service and food. Menu offered classics and variations favoured by (and named after) locals. Recommend and would visit again if in the area
