I’m not really obsessive about coffee, but I called in for a latte a few weeks back and I’ve been craving another like it ever since! Perfect temperature, had a really robust taste and loved the foam art too. Will definitely be back!

My partner and I visited recently and ordered toasties and coffee.I was asked ' would you like chocolate on your cappuccino?' to which I replied 'no thanks.'The food and the coffees arrived and I bought it to the attention of the waitress that the cappuccino had chocolate on it even though I'd asked for it without and she said that she would change it, though she didn't take the old one away. Some 15 or twenty minutes passed and no sign of any replacement and all the while other customers who'd arrived later were being served.I went to the front of the cafe to find out what the problem was and was told that they would attend to it and bring it over to me. No hint of an apology.Another 15 minutes or so passed and still no sign of any service! so I went to the front of the cafe again and was told that they'd completely forgotten my cappuccino! It was then made as I stood there waiting.A little later a clearly embarrassed waitress came to the table and gave me a stamped loyalty card entitling me to a free drink but effectively quite a pointless gesture.Mistakes happen, but generally I'd expect them to be addressed when bought to their attention.

Dropped in for a much needed coffee and tea. Excellent service and quality. Will visit again.

In all, a very good experience at Scandimaina, and the feel of the cafe was very nice. However the food took a while to arrive and customers that arrived after us, got their food before us. The food was good, but lots of the menu was unavailable so we were forced to choose something that we wouldn’t usually have chosen. We had avocado on toast with red onion and hot chocolate which was very good but a little overpriced.Parking: You drop off in front and there are spaces tagt you can go in, but is often full.

This is my new favourite place. Intimate, little cafés with a minimalist feel, you won't regret going here to hide away from the world whilst enjoying the best coffee.I went on a date with my husband and we had cake with our Scandi lattes.Let me tell you scandi lattes will change your life. It's coffee with oat milk, maple syrup at the bottom of your cup, and on top cinnamon sugar sprinkles.I now make them at home, to continue my journey of joy every day.If you get a chance to go, turn off your phone, order a Scandi with a cake of your choosing and fully immerse yourself in the hygge! A truly wonderful place!

Anyone wanting to see how NOT to run a coffee shop should pay them a visit. Don’t go - unless you want to wait 20 plus minutes for 2 coffees. Complete lack of organisation, zero enthusiasm and no cooperation between the staff. If you can train the staff to be efficient and actually provide a decent customer service the review wouldn’t be needed. Simply badly run.

Popped in for a coffee after doing some local shopping. Friendly service, good coffee and while I did not eat this time, the cakes looked lovely. Would definitely be backDietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free and vegan options in their cake selection, did not look at the main food menu

These guys know how to make a coffee. Flat white now my regular go to, and it never disappoints. Great little

I arrived to get my coffees and a sandwich I love scandi in Stamford so took the opportunity to pop in whilst in upping but the service was shocking, the girl at the till served me before leaving with very little manner and a lacked politeness I then had my coffees made very quickly however had to wait 25mins for a cheese toasted sandwich, I don’t mind waiting but my sandwich was already pre prepared so only required to be popped on the griddle There were no other customers in front of me My coffees weren’t particularly warm to start with my after waiting so long they got cold The staff behind the counter danced and chatted to one another, I wouldn’t mind but I got No apology for my very long wait it wasn’t even acknowledged, even when I shared don’t worry about toasting it further (I needed to go and move my car as my parking was running low Tasty coffee and food but I feel £7 is overpriced for a toasted sandwich especially after such a long wait with inattentive staff

Stopped off on the way to Croma - waited a long time for our order, but well worth the wait!! Pistachio and cardamom latte and cinnamon knots - perfect!

Home made cakes. Our first visit. A great start to visiting the quaint town of Upingham. Loved the dungeons.

This place has a lovely ambience. I have Norwegian family so it’s pretty authentic. My only gripe is the music could be more chilled and less invasive. Having a chat with a friend needs music less loud… but we all have different tastes. But… the staff could be more friendly. I have been there more than once and I get the feeling the staff are rather fed up. A smile would be nice and a more accommodating manner. It’s an expensive place but a friendly demeanour costs nothing. Said with kindness
