Only been in a few times but great customer service. Can't complain about anything. The special part for me was an employee on his break offered to hold my dog while I went into Gregg's to save me tying him up. Of course this isn't a service they provide lol but it was nice of him
Staff are very nice, food lovely and good service.I would point out though that the window ledges need cleaning , several visits at different times and they are always covered in crumbs, recently as Sunday and today. not very hygienic .

I Dunno you say one thing they hear another no consistency in taste either my mocha can be sweet and creamy most of other times it's coffee with a slight hint of chocolate taste, also why do take away orders from uber eats gets you hot food but buying direct it's served luke warm if not cold?
