Prompt deliveries and excellent live order updates. This aspect of their service is 5 stars. The reason for the 3 star review is an overall reflection of price versus quality, and not just for this particular outlet. They're simply too expensive for a slightly-above-average pizza. I've noticed over the years that the toppings have also declined in quality and quantity.I now only order from them if I can find a promotion, such as the frequent BOGOF offer.
