Proper boozer in every respect. They keep the beer well and it's a very welcoming pub. Decent selection of single malts. If you're lucky, you'll get to meet Nell, the loveliest Spaniel in Arbroath.
We had a lovely few days in Arbroath again and visitedthis little bar it has a warm welcoming atmosphere, everyone chatted away it was also pet friendly and in a fab location. I strongly recommend this bar

We popped in for a couple of drinks on new year's eve, they made us very welcome and let us bring in our dog and even offered a biscuit for our dog and there was also a dog bowl of water would highly recommend to anyone
