Staff went out of their way to make the experience great! We had one person who is gluten intolerant and another who has an allergy to coriander/cilantro. They reassured both about what they could eat and were absolutely stellar in doing so. The food was absolutely fantastic and all three of us absolutely enjoyed our meals. Couldn’t recommend this cafe enough. Great experience!

Throughly enjoyed all aspects of the restaurant. My family and I visited during the evening at around 8:30pm and found it to be one of the only restaurants in the area still serving food at that time. The sea beam was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the restaurant. All parts of the meal had high quality ingredients and a very well developed flavor profile. The food is exceptional for the prices and is of the quality you may find at a fine dining restaurant.

Great welcome and with our muddy boots too. Impromptu lunch after a long'ish walk and have been meaning to come here for ages. Great food and service. Both mains and desserts were delicious. The sticky toffee pudding though is out of this world!

Harish and his team including were great. Me and my daughter wanted to have a dinner for Burn’s night. We tried lots of items from their Buffet and enjoyed a lot. Food was fresh, tasty and delicious. Service was great. Harish even asked us if we want something from the menu so chef can prepare. We will be definitely coming here again with our family and also planning to visit their Edinburgh restaurant.

Excellent restaurant. We celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday here with friends and family and the service and food were both fantastic. It would be great to see a steak dish added to the menu, but that’s a small gripe. Overall we were really happy with everything. The staff were especially helpful, giving us doggy bags and letting us bring our own cake, which they presented to my dad. A lovely touch and a great experience all round.

Boy was he right,
Excellent portions, chips amazing full of flavour, non greasy, chilli cheese bites awesome.
Fantastic prices.

We will be visiting this chippy again as we stay at Craig Tara regularly,

Cant wait to try all of the menu.

A very nicely run business, situated just 5 minutes drive from Sundrum Castle. The establishment is simply beautiful inside, staff were very friendly and accommodated for my sons milk intolerance with ease. The food is simply amazing and the portion sizes are generous. I was surprised with the pricing as it was very good for the size of your portion. This was my first time visiting and everytime we visit Sundrum Castle we will defiantly be going back here for dinner.

Amazing quality and fresh produce excellent value for money! There is absolutely no scrimping on portions sandwiches are huge and full of fresh fillings. The chicken is real chicken not processed cash and carry slices. Soup is delicious and the cakes all home made not bought in. Visited many times the quality stays excellent highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been yet.

Had the House Curry which was delicious and came with egg fried rice; plentiful prawns, meat and taste. Its my go to dish for a first visit and I was not disappointed, not spoilt by too much salt either, well worth choice. My son had the Singapore Chow Mein for which he had fullsome praise, it was 90% taste and 10% heat which was perfect he said.
Price very competitive, change from £20 which is good.
Clean plates all round tell the tale, thanks very much, well glad we called in and met you, great conversation too.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Spacious room with super king size bed. spotlessly clean. Food was superb. Good selection of meals on the menu. Breakfast couldn’t be faulted. Continental buffet and full Scottish breakfast. Staff are very professional, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Work so well together as a team and evident they are all passionate about their roles in hospitality. Customer service was second to none. Will certainly be back.

I have been coming with friends for the quiz nights for just over a month and its such a great night out. Really nice venue with a cracking beer garden area. Staff are all lovely, friendly and welcoming. Drinks reasonably prices too. Havent tried the food yet but it always looks and smells delicious. It is down a rather steep set of concrete steps which would be the only drawback but it adds to the character of the venue and it really stands out, always have the best night here
