After a few months break we decided to give this another chance. Wish we hadn't bothered. Over cooked and inedible chips. Menu in the shop also differs from on on-line meno so paid more than expected.

I honestly don't know what people are moaning about-see previous reviews. We were on holiday at Craig Tara,only few minutes drive to chippy. Fish was crispy and hot,hubby got 3 sausages in his sausage supper. Everything has gone up in price,fish and chips not a cheap meal any more-i have relatives in Ayr and they said this is average price for the area Will definitely use again next year

The serving girl was disinterested, bored and had the charisma of a nut. Although to be fair she looked like a teen so thats to be expected. The darker female was lovely and even smiled. I wanted out of there. Chips were OK and the fish could of been cooked a little longer but it was big. Good ice cream selection but couldn't buy any as my son wanted to try to get onto the road and the aforementioned server opened the door again after I shut it which was highly annoying.
