Each dish was a masterpiece, impeccably prepared and bursting with flavors that delighted my palate.Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfection, catering to every need with warmth and professionalism.In summary, the Fish Shop Restaurant in Ballater is truly deserving of its reputation as the best seafood restaurant in Scotland, if not the United Kingdom. Highlights included the oysters, crab crumpets, sardines on toasts, and the monkfish. The chocolate ice cream for dessert was a perfect ending. Paired with excellent English sparkling wine, the meal was truly delightful. The service was professional, friendly, and warm.I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend it.
