Phoned for an order for collection at 18.10 and was told it would be an hour which was fine,had to phone twice as the woman who answered the phone first time put the phone down asking me to wait a second and forgot to pick it back up again.Went to pick up the order an hour later and had to wait another 25 minutes absolute chaos nobody seemed to have a clue what they were doing. After getting back with the order they had given.us 3 ordinary poppadoms which I hate, I ordered 4 spicy ones,I ordered pilau rice and am not sure what we got,it was like watery mush,I phoned up and complained really angrily and told the guy on the phone we would never go back,what a waste of 30 quidParking: Managed to park outside

Had a family dinner party with lots of homemade curries but required accompaniments so order nans, parathas, popodums & various dips etc. now I live in a city and am used to paying similar prices for these items but the nans were tiny, flat and dry, the paratha tasteless, the popadums almost a pound each yet all shoved into a paper bag so most broken and the dips were either dry onions certainly not chutney or watery bland liquid, a very expensive and disappointing experience and would certainly not recommend to anyone. The staff were polite enough but the restaurant was empty and from the outside it looks closed down as no illumination and all painted black!

The food was diabolical.we were both violently ?. We won't eat anything from sampan again. It was a disgrace to any restaurant,even KFC is better.never

We pre ordered through Just Eat for delivery at 7.30pm. The food arrived two hours late at 9.30pm after me phoning a few times to ask how long it'll be. I was told at 8.20pm it had left the kitchen and was out for delivery but when I asked the driver what time he'd left the kitchen with our food he said no later than 9pm lol so someone's lying. I wouldn't be surprised if it did leave at 8.20pm because all of the food was cold by the time it got to us. Neither the person I spoke to on the phone nor the delivery driver seemed bothered or apologetic for the awful service they'd provided. No explanation was given either as to why it was 2 hours late when we pre ordered for a certain time. Don't offer that service if you can't deliver! We weren't even sure they were going to turn up in the end as they stopped answering my calls and we actually put food in the oven just incase only for the driver to turn up 5 minutes later. Would not order from here again. From 6 hungry, unimpressed customers

Got home delivery to kinloch Blairgowrie not a nice meal at all also they forgot poppadoms when I called them they said we are not coming back to deliver your to far away after paying over £60 I thought he was very rude on the phone prawn Buhna was like shrimps very poor also lamb was tough won't be back sorry.

Delicious Food!!! One of the best Indian Food I ever had. I also can‘t complain about the waiting time. We got seated immediately, had our drinks fast and the food took not even 20 minutes. Can totally recommend this place!

I have eaten here several time over the last 10 years or so. Speaking as an Indian food lover of nearly 60 years standing, I’d say the food is exceptional. The service is really nice from a lovely team but my it’s slow. Always has been, never really been a problem except with guests who are always amazed at just how slow it is but all that is immediately forgotten when the food arrives. The food is great, try the Kathmani Masala or the King Prawn Garlic Chilli, the Lamb Achori or the Butter Chicken but, if waiting for your meal is not your strong suit, get a takeaway, in fact I’m off to call in my order…

Ordered 2 veg buryanis and a nanny to take home, getting home no naan was given and no veg in the biryanis just curry sauce. Terrible and ripped off, never going again
