The Wee Coffee Shop

Lovely wee coffee shop in Blairgowrie. It is much nicer inside than it looks from outside. Staff were friendly and welcoming and food was great. Felt like a real friendly local place but also very welcoming to visitors.

The Old Cross Inn

Dinner at 'The Old Cross Inn' was excellent. Really comfortable surroundings while we ate and service was excellent. Friendly atmosphere and a nice and calm environment. Although the weather allow for us to take advantage, the beer garden looks brilliant too. Will definitely be back.

Cartwheel Inn

Great wee pub ! We came here when we were celebrating my birthday and staying in Blairgowrie! Everyone was so friendly and great staff ! We will definitely be back!

The Dome Restaurant

Lovely quirky and interesting building. Food was very fresh with good quality ingredients. Staff were lovely and food came very quickly. Overall a very nice experience. This was our first visit but would definitely come back next time we are passing through

The Ericht Alehouse

Proof that real ales and spirits do have a market outside the trendy urban areas. Fine range of beers, ales and interesting spirits. A live session a welcome setting
for well kept beers by friendly knowledgeable bar staff. Dog friendly, prices reasonable. Just two more reasons to make it 'worth the journey'. A welcome antidote to ubiquitous UK-brewed faux continental hotel offering s. Slàinte....

The Lair Glenshee

Popped in today for a hot chocolate and delicious scone. Very nice and staff friendly and chatty. What a shame it is closing in two days time. Hope it reopens eith new ownership soon! All the very best to those moving on to pastures new.

The Singing Kettle

Ryan at The Singing Kettle recently did outside catering for me to feed people I'd invited to a birthday party. The food was really tasty, beautifully presented and the cost wasn't steep. There was no stress for me and he didn't appear to be stressed either which is the sign of a true professional. Can't thank you Ryan enough and would highly recommend him for outside catering and highly recommend all the tasty things on offer in The Singing Kettle itself.

The Restaurant at Meikleour Arms

Absolutely beautiful place for a drink and to have a meal. Food was scrumptious and service was impeccable. Plenty parking and ideal location. Met the locals while there too and made very welcome. Can't wait to go back

Crown Bar

Went to watch The Gunners win their CL game. I was the atmosphere ? no one told me to stop shouting so that was nice. I'll be going to all the CL games there.

The food was genuinely tasty and hit the spot for everyone:
​Cheesy Chips: They didn't skimp on the cheese here! A massive mountain of grated cheddar over hot, crispy chips—simple and exactly what you want.
​Lasagna/Pasta Bake: This was probably the highlight. It came out piping hot with a perfectly browned, bubbly cheese crust. The side of garlic bread and the fresh salad made it a really solid, filling meal.
​Pizza: We also tried the cheese pizza. The crust was soft but had a good bite, and again, they are very generous with the toppings.
​Everything felt fresh and well-prepared. It’s a lovely little spot for a relaxed meal, and we’ll definitely be back.

Dreadnought Inn

We popped in with the dog on Thursday night and couldn't have been made more welcome both from the bar person and the locals. Friendly, great open fire and a nice atmosphere. Defo our new local when we properly move in. ??

Café in the square

You can order individual breakfast items which is great as the full Scottish is too much for me. I stayed in the local campsite which is a 10 minute walk away and also had an afternoon cup of tea and cake. A lovely cafe with charming staff.

The Balmoral

Great boozed, locals very welcoming! I’ve been here each time I’ve visited Blairgowrie.Jimmy the owner is such a friendly guys and everyone respects himGreat to see a wee pub so busy!

Dalmore Inn & Restaurant

Food was absolutely delicious, lots of options to suit different tastes! The specials were particularly amazing! I think one of the best things about this place are the staff, they were so polite, attentive and hard working!

Stormont Arms

A typical oldish pub. It wasn't busy when we were there even though Scotland were playing footie that night.O loud music or roudy growds so we sat and enjoyed a couple of pints and were able to chat comfortably.

Blair Coffee House & Grill

Walked in for a quick bite. The food did take a while considering there was only 2 of us in the restaurant. Staff were all hidden in the back and didn't see anyone. Ordered a panini which was just a standard. Asked for chips which was an extra but was expecting more compared to what I received. Pricing was very reasonable for main dishes. Ps they only take cash or bank transfer.

The Bridge Of Cally Hotel

2nd time here and still good rooms comfortable and clean evening meal was good breakfast excellent the young lady at breakfast was very efficient and friendly will return next year thanks

Lime Tree Indian Cuisine

Had a really good meal tonight with our Canadian pals who thoroughly enjoyed their meal food was very tasty ? and plenty of it and service and value for money was excellent definitely will be back thanks for a lovely evening

Balmoral Fish & Chip Bar

Had a delicious takeaway last night. Fish Supper was fantastic as were the Chicken and Fritters. Sauces were very good too. Portions plentiful and delivery was exactly on time.

Azaad Takeaway Blairgowrie

My midweek takeaway treat has just arrived (its been a while) but I have to say a massive thank you to all the staff as my delivery food and the wee surprise extra bits (thank you!) are just amazing!!! THANK YOU! Jet x

The Angus Hotel

What a fantastic tribute weekend. We were here with our family. The staff couldn't do enough to help and accommodate everyone. Special thanks to Noel the manager for your help throughout our stay. Waiters, waitresses and bar staff all worked very hard. Thanks to Liam and Amber also. We will defenetly come back.

Starbucks

I know all Starbucks are the same... But they're not, and this is by far the BEST one! Consistently delicious, always get it spot on, and great service. Always use the drive thru but loads of free parking there too.

Subway

Always usually good . This is disgusting though. I meant to order a wrap .I order about 3 times a wk at least from here . Today I got this slop . I presume it's meant to be some sort of salad slop in a box but I won't be touching it . I've had better meals in prison

The Fair O'Blair - JD Wetherspoon

This a brilliant pub shows why other establishment is struggling but really good prices here and they are fighting the government to reduce them further in their industry.

Marmaris Takeaway

Ordered online, wish I had phoned in or checked order. Garlic sauce forgotten in munchies box, so donner meat dry. Chips would have been nice with vinegar and salt, plain chips boring. Pizza was nearly burnt but half of it was still nice, irn bru can was warm, should have asked for a cold one. 65p service charge applied which wouldn't be paid if you rang up but I placed online hoping for accuracy. Lady in shop very friendly - I'm sure she would have rectified but I wanted to get going instead of opening up bag and boxes on the counter.
