Been to a few black roosters and this is definitely one of the better ones. Comfortable seating and clean. Staff were a lot nicer in this branch too. This is definitely not a place for a romantic meal? music was far too loud inside and could hardly hear what others were saying. But if your looking for some decent quality fast food with a flavour that kicks the it's great. Sides are a good size and I'd recommend the spicy rice. Forget KFC, their days are over, better quality here

Extremely disappointed and over priced orders chicken strips and salad it was very unappetizing a complete waste of staff was friendly but quality of food was not at all up to the most

I called here regarding a problem I had at the Livingston store. The staff were extremely friendly. The area manager I think it was who called me back, sorted out my problem in a matter of hours. Very attentive. I will be coming to support this store. Happy with the outcome. Thank you.
