Service here was terrible.There were fries missing from my meal went to ask for them and it took an age to get someone attention after numerous attempts. Once I did the girl just asked if there medium or large. Went and got them eventually and just handed them to me without even an apology. Just poor attitude.The food was ok. I still love a big mac but I only wish the staff would listen when I say no ice I mean no ice and don't be charging me 10 pence for paper bag I don't want our need thank you very much
Took my toddler for a treat, not a great dine in experience at all! The order screens are placed so close together, they cant be used at the same time, reducing the availability from 4 to 2 screens. There has been no attempt made to direct folk where to queue, or a designated 'waiting area' set aside, so you have to wade through a throng of people, asking everyone if they've already been served or not, (delivery drivers included!)
