This McDonald's was recently refurbished and now looks extremely bland inside. White tiles and no colour. They have also hidden the kitchen away and the serving counter is now round a corner from the staff so they take ages to realise anyone is there. The new style and layout is a massive FAIL, but food is same as usual and staff are helpful.
When we went into McDonaldsCoatbridge and my husband fell we went into ask for a plaster - Bernadette brought him a chilled bottle of water and 3 plasters -they couldn't do enough for us /Bernadette took my receipt andserved our meals...... my husband had a happy meal as his appetiteisn't what it used to be and I hada bar-b-que quarter pounder wasdelicious ? so it's 100% forcustomer service.Anne & Jim GunningGlenboig

Went here in the way home after a concert in Glasgow about midnight, very quiet, clean and friendly staff. Manager told us it would be 3 or 4 minutes for our chips and offered us a free coffee each as an apology which we gladly accepted! Food was fresh and very tasty. All round a great job!
