Just spent 3 nights at the hotel. Really admire how hard the staff work to provide the same fine dining service with covid restrictions. Chef Dylan should be proud of himself, providing such delicious fare. There was a wedding on during our stay and we chatted with the guests. They were also very pleased with the whole experience. Decided we would try this restaurant with the Eat out to Help out - it was so nice to be served by really lovely staff and the food was great - we would especially recommend the steak and the sticky toffee pudding (not together of course ?- would definitely go back - and it was so much improved on our last visit a couple of years ago
