Our experience on Christmas Day was not positive in anyway, our booking was for 1530, by 1715 we had only had starters, and we had to chase those on numerous occasions.Out mains came and were not as described on the menu, out turkey dinners had no roast potatoes, no pigs in blankets, no red cabbage and no cranberry sauce, seriously disappointing.We left without eating our desserts fully as our taxi came to pick us up.The serving staff did apologise for the delay on our food coming...read full review
Reasonable priced drinks and meals, warm cosy and very friendly,Bar was busy taking orders drinks etc and I did feel that there was a place for another member of staff helping behind bar,

We were in again this year for Christmas Day dinner and the whole experience was excellent. Welcomed by Joe and Pauline and the rest of the excellent staff we were served up an excellent Christmas Dinner. Atmosphere was informal and relaxed and the service was tiptop. We’ll be back again for 2024.
