They advertise using local produce!!! I left tonight very disappointed. This chippy is not what it use to be. The burger was horrendous. The fish was not fresh and portion size shockingly small for the amount payed.The young girl behind the counter was more interested in taking selfies with her friend than taking orders. The old conon chippy people would travel to go there. Well it's a real disappointment now. Over priced rubbish. I cannot even rate it below a one star.

Went here for a late dinner tonight. Nothing was cooked fresh! Fish had been reheated and was tasteless, the chips were just as nasty!! Crispy and rubbery!!!!I don’t normally go out of my way to write a bad review, but this was by far the worst chippy I’ve ever had in my life!!Randoms who don’t work there we’re sitting on the unit behind the counter in high vis work gear! Very unhygienic!! I however snuggled this behaviour off, as I’d heard good things about the food here, and I was starving!The whole experience was very disappointing

You might think that a takeaway that does Chinese and a chip shop menu might not pull of either very well but this is seriously one of the best Chinese takeaways anywhere in Scotland. Add to that a quality chip shop with fast friendly service and no one can be disappointed.
