The folk here work really hard under pressure - the place was packed out at ~6pm Saturday but my dad always recommended going to the one with the queue (because the locals would know). The menu (for the chippy side - it's also a Chinese takeaway) is typically broad (including the Scottish tricolour of white, black and red puddings - very rare in other parts of the UK). Great polite service and the black pudding supper and the sausage supper we had was absolutely perfect. Quality at its best will definitely be back. Those local to the Conan Bridge Chip Shop are very lucky to have a top class takeaway.

You might think that a takeaway that does Chinese and a chip shop menu might not pull of either very well but this is seriously one of the best Chinese takeaways anywhere in Scotland. Add to that a quality chip shop with fast friendly service and no one can be disappointed.
