Went to shop and ordered a grill box. They told me it would be about 15 mins as making from scratch.Box came to the counter taped closed.When I got back to my lodge, and opened the box, what a disappointment, lamb tikka was over done, no salad or sauces. Never seen a seekh kabab either.Everything was laid on top of the nan bread.... Everything was dry. Just ordered a small chicken tikka kebab. Mostly, I only buy kebabs from takeawys. I have had deliveries from the Hillfoots and (Coals.)Calibar. Madrass make the best kebabs locally. A good portion of chicken. Great mix of salad and a hearty amount. The chilli sauce is great - not too hot. Just right.
