Food was great and very tasty, however, the delay in clearing our table after mains wasn't great service, then when we eventually got the 'sweets board' no-one came back to take the order, had to go up to the bar to order the sweets and a coffee.....and the coffee never arrived! Hopefully just a bad day or let down by staff at short notice.Food & drinks: Great food.....questionable service which I'm assured by Family is normally great too
Nice place, been several times over the years. Recently increased seating area, so now seats around 40 covers, but hasn't lost the Clachan feeling. Good menu; personally I would prefer to see more traditional dishes (no haggis neeps and tatties?), but there is decent variety for those that need it. Loses a star as their pies only have puff pastry on top; my preference is shortcrust top and bottom. Large drinks menu with some ale and session IPA options.

Best fish and chips I’ve had in a while. Absolutely phenomenal food. The pizza was 10/10 also, home made flat based. The belhaven stout is as good as a Dublin Guinness from here. Will be back!!
