It is one of the few places in Dumfries which does paneer dishes and I really appreciate that. They have great vegetarian options and at somewhat affordable prices. Staff can be occasionally moody but overall amazing experience.

The food was amazing and the customer service was just as good. I went with my family today and there wasn’t a single complaint from my younger sister (she’s very picky with her food). The gentleman at the till even offered to keep her ice cream in the freezer so it won’t melt while she eats - it’s really the little things that go a long way. The same gentleman also came all the way over, just to ask us how the food was which really made us feel valued and cared for.I’m not one to leave reviews but Dumfries’ Pepe’s deserved it - I highly recommend.Parking: We arrived in 2 cars and found parking bays for both immediately.

How did I not know about Pepe’s Piri Piri chicken in Dumfries!Amazing experience , Sorry KFC and McDonald’s, I won’t be visiting you guys any time soon.Friendly and helpful staff, tidy and clean place, staff are visibly sanitising hands and surfaces etc.Gourmet beef burger the best burger I've ever eaten and the grilled wings are delicious, juicy, simply perfect

Previous good experiences. However today tried ordering for delivery and the app said unable to deliver until tomorrow despite the restaurant being open. Phoned Pepes and they said they are open and should be available to deliver but must be a problem with the app. The person on the phone couldn’t care less to help fix the situation/refused to take the order over the phone. Bizarre to have a company literally refuse to take an order out of laziness. Ended up ordering from dominos instead, at least their app works. A shame when food is good but customer service is poor.
