LOVED our dinner at Home.The service was friendly, welcoming and unpretentious. It was like arriving at a friends house where they poured a large glass of wine and put delicious bread and olives on the table. Felt at home from the start.I had the cucumber avant guard which was hard to describe even after eating it - but the flavours were amazing. We loved Home Restaurant. All the staff were so welcoming and took time with each table. They create great atmosphere in the restaurant. For starters we had the Fried Chicken Curry and the Cucumber Avant Guard - which is hard to describe but was so full of flavour. For mains we had the Pigs Cheeks - soft and delicious - and the Rump Steak. The steak was amazing. Cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth. We booked Home for a meal after receiving a voucher for a birthday gift and OMG I’m so glad we received that voucher. It was very busy when we were there but had a beautiful ambience. The service from Louisa and the staff front of house was brilliant and Louisa was very knowledgeable about the menu and talked us through everything on the menu. The food was outstanding.
