Bar • “The staff are amazing! Especially the 2 staff members who made secret plans with my family members to bring out a birthday cake during my birthday lunch! ? ? I think they were called Adam and Amy and they were absolutely lovely. It was a nice, chill environment for a small lunch, I didn't want anything big for my birthday so it was perfect. Love the jukebox. Unfortunately, the food at the Nether does let it down as many items on the menu were out of stock and the food itself was mediocre at best, it didn't match up with quality of the well made cocktails and fantastic customer service. Thank you for a memorable day. The Nether has always been a favourite of mine for the past 10 years and will continue to be so.Vegetarian options: There was a good number of veggie options.”
Bar • “I was in last night with my friends for a wee girls night and it was fabulous! The food (in particular the loaded fries) was delicious! Our server, I think her name was Niamh, was so helpful and friendly, the cocktails she made us were just amazing! Overall an amazing experience ?”
Bar • “Visited with two friends, friendly welcome from. Busy at 5.30 on a Saturday evening. Ordered wine while we looked at menu. Mexican stuffed potato skins, jalapos, mini chicken taco as srarters to share. Grilled chicken fajitas, chicken and sour cream enchiladas, margherita chicken with rice with 2 wraps all food was very good and well presented. Two cocktails were also enjoyed. Long Island and a Ocean Breeze Restaurant continued to fill up during our stay. Njoyed our visit :)”
Bar • “My wife and I went to the Ship Inn for lunch on Thursday the 7th and we had an excellent meal, the Cullen Skink was incredible and a really good portion. My wife’s cheese and pickle sandwich was also very good and the service was excellent. I would recommend the Ship Inn to anyone.”

Bar • “Busy old bar on the Perth Road with emphasis on busy and old. Proper old school pub known by everyone as ‘Mennies’ after a former owner. Professional staff, tons of TVs, live music and little snugs. Full of locals and maybe the odd student. By far the busiest pub on the Perth Road during the week.”

Bar • “What a find! We were only in Dundee for a couple of days and found this place on a Google search. Was virtually empty when we arrived but filled up really quick! Variety of traditional Indian food was impressive and such high quality.Fabulous food for such a good price. May have to go back to sample the dishes we didn't have room left to try. Friendly staff and great service, love it!”
Bar • “Very busy place, book before you go as its seems to be very popular and as we found out it's not surprising. The staff are very attentive ,the food was amazing, nice portion size and very reasonably priced in comparison to Glasgow or Edinburgh. This place is well worth a visit.”

Decor, music and seating arrangement created a nice relaxed atmosphere for a night out.Other two members of our party loved their evening, I did feel that the set menu only format took something away from the tapas experience. For me tapas is all about picking several small dishes of food from the menu and mixing and matching your favourites, enjoying a drink and then ordering some more if you still have room!The set menu format was almost like a tasting menu where you have little control over what food will be served that evening.Cant fault anything, service and food/drink was great and evening was thoroughly enjoyed. Just not convinced by set menu.Parking: Can be tricky finding a space during the evening.”
