The Pheonix Bar is a Dundee institution. It has a prominent place in the bar industry within the city. The original decor helps to add to the ambience along with the eclectic mix of clientele.Staff within the premises are always friendly and helpful. The food is proper pub grub and the curly fries are a must have.Dogs are also allowed ?
The Phoenix has always been one of the best bars in Dundee's West End area. I often drank here 30yrs ago when I lived in Dundee. Popped in again tonight while visiting the city and the atmosphere was just as good as always. Thanks

If only all pubs were run like this. Table was cleaned before we sat down and beers were served in the correct branded glasses. Understandably popular and great ales. Didn’t eat there but food looked good.
