Staff are helpful and friendly, I like that they have a vegan/vegetarian range my only complaint is that when buying hot pastries from the counter they are usually just warm or cool but this seems to be in all Greggs shops so I don't buy these as I prefer hot food to be hot.
Was told to wait for my order as it had to be cooked. Once it was ready it was placed behind the counter and never gave it to me until 10 mins later when it was cold. Heated it up and still tasted great.

I visit this Greggs regularly and every time, the service is with a smile and so kind. This is clearly a quality of the team and the people in charge to the staff on the shop floor deserve praise for this. What a lovely place to grab a bite.
